Finally, choose a delivery and collection time that suits your schedule. We offer flexible pick-up and drop-off times from Monday to Friday between 10:30h and 12:30h for home/Hotels and between 10:30h and 14h and 17:00h and 20h at our store.

The rental process is quick and easy, taking just three minutes to complete. You can also cancel or modify your reservation without penalty up to 48 hours prior to the pick-up time.

Before you rent a scooter, please note that there is a 50€ refundable deposit for portable scooters and 100€ for folding scooters. The rental price is set for full days, regardless of the time of collection or delivery. You can choose to have your scooter picked up at our store or delivered to your home in Madrid City Center - inside M-30 (30€ per trip).
